Anna Zachowicz

Founder Anna Zachowicz has 20 years of experience working in the healthcare and home care fields. Before founding Allay, Anna worked as a registered nurse in her native Poland. After coming to the United States, Anna saw that many families chose to place their elderly loved ones in nursing homes because they weren't aware of affordable options for in-home care. Anna founded Allay to reach families seeking an affordable means of giving their loved ones the superior, personalized attention that only in-home care can provide. As a bilingual healthcare professional, Anna has access to a large pool of highly trained European home caregivers who are available for live-in or come-and-go cases.

Randy Rodiek

Co-founder and Business Manager Randy Rodiek became interested in the field of in-home senior care through his experience providing care to elderly relatives. Prior to working with Anna to establish the Allay Home Care Agency, Randy worked as a sales executive in the Internet and computer equipment industries and participated in launching a corporate-community partnership designed to benefit schools and nonprofit community organizations.

The Allay Home Care Agency employs a rigorous training and interview process for all caregivers. Each Allay caregiver is specially trained to provide sensitive, respectful, and diligent care to your loved one. Many caregivers are bilingual in a variety of European languages.
