Allay caregivers have chosen their profession as an extension of a personal desire to offer companionship, understanding, and respect to their clients. Allay case managers do their best to meet the needs, activity level, lifestyle, and budget of the person in need by finding the best partnership possible. We consider sensitivity to the psychological aspects of care, in addition to the practical aspects, essential in helping clients make a smooth transition into home health care.

Allay caregivers can engage in companion activities, visit with friends and family, and align their interests with those of the client as much as possible. In addition, many Allay caregivers are bilingual in a variety of European languages.

• Transferring and positioning
• Companionship/conversation
• Recreational activities/walks/outings
• Arranging and transporting to appointments

Allay also provides ongoing reassessments for situation analysis and safety.
