The Matching Process

An Allay case manager meets personally with each client to assess his or her unique needs, preferences, and personality.

The initial needs assessment is free of charge.

Based on the initial assessment, the case manager selects a caregiver who is well-suited to meet the needs of the client. Allay then arranges an introductory meeting between the caregiver and the client to allow them to get acquainted and discuss any special instructions. The case manager attends the meeting to ensure that all of the client's questions are answered and that the client's needs and preferences are clearly and accurately articulated to the caregiver.
